Talent Acquisition Partner – Middle East & Asia

About the role

IFS is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the Middle East and Asia. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, delivering high‑quality hiring solutions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management – for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, respecting local labor laws and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and provide effective hiring solutions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Promote IFS’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate journey with timely feedback and clear communication.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.

Required profile

• Prior experience in an in‑house recruitment role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
