Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own end‑to‑end recruitment for sales and related hiring across Saudi Arabia. Working strategically with senior leaders, you will align hiring plans, build talent pipelines and deliver on current openings while supporting the company’s mission‑driven, AI‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans, create recruitment strategies and provide market and competitor insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for line managers on day‑to‑day recruitment activities, from job description creation to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates through headhunting, advertising, referrals and search, and manage the full interview process.
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday ATS and provide quantitative and qualitative recruitment metrics.
• Drive regional or global talent acquisition initiatives such as employee referral programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct hiring across Saudi Arabia, especially for sales roles.
• Background in software or technology businesses, with the ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment policies, selection tools, and HR legislation.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to engage senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) proficiency.
• Utilization of AI technologies to enhance recruitment decision‑making.
• Knowledge of psychometric profiling techniques.
