Talent Acquisition Specialist – Construction & Villa Projects

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing team that focuses on villa construction and building projects. The role involves attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for technical, engineering, project management, and corporate functions while supporting Saudization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs for construction projects.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies using job portals, social media, referrals and agencies.
• Conduct initial interviews, assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company recruitment policies.
• Support Saudization initiatives and workforce planning.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyse hiring metrics.
• Maintain relationships with universities, training institutes and recruitment partners.
• Enhance employer branding to attract high‑calibre candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2‑5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction, engineering, real estate or project‑based industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and Saudi labour regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
