Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post and manage job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Review, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the HR system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower requirements and job specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Saudi national.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
