Talent Acquisition Specialist (Local Only)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the pre‑opening team of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting and hiring the talent needed to launch and operate the new luxury resort on Shura Island.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all hotel and resort functions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using appropriate sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies and local labor regulations.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and employer branding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, pre‑opening environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
