About the role
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This position offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting our hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist applicants according to job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow‑up communication with candidates.
- Assist in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
- Support onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible and registered in the Tamheer Program (no employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
