Talent Assessment Facilitator – Senior Associate

About the role

As a Talent Assessment Facilitator – Senior Associate you will join PwC Middle East’s Human Capital Managed Services team. You will support the delivery of client talent assessments across Saudi Arabia, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for candidates and assessors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead assessors and interviewers in conducting interviews, simulations, role‑plays, group exercises and other assessment activities.
• Facilitate assessment sessions by briefing candidates, explaining instructions, managing timekeeping and maintaining smooth session flow.
• Provide bilingual Arabic‑English support, translating instructions and feedback as needed.
• Ensure compliance with PwC’s process standards, professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate performance and assessment outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management or related assessment roles.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assessment sessions simultaneously.
• Demonstrated professionalism, ethical conduct and adherence to process compliance.
