Talent Coach – Food & Beverage

About the role

The B&F Talent Coach is responsible for leading and developing the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role ensures operational standards, staff appearance, and service quality are consistently met across the dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation, correcting any deficiencies.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain storage organization using FIFO principles and conduct regular inventories.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Act as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
• Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food and beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, or sitting.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and professional language use.

Required skills

• Ability to read and verify information in various formats.
• Visual inspection skills for tools, equipment, and machines.
• Fine motor coordination for handling objects of varying size and weight.
