Talent Development Manager

About the role

As the Talent Development Manager you will shape the associate experience at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, driving a culture of continuous learning and service excellence. You will lead the hotel’s training and development strategy, ensuring staff have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate learning and development programmes that support associate growth and operational excellence.
• Champion Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA initiatives through audits, training interventions and follow‑up action plans.
• Oversee the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless Discovery programme and probationary follow‑up.
• Manage leadership and talent initiatives, including management development, mentorship, cross‑training, internship and graduate programmes.
• Analyse guest, quality and engagement data to identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain annual training plans, monthly calendars, budgets and training records to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• More than 4 years of experience delivering training and talent development initiatives in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging audiences at all levels.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into impactful development solutions.
• Collaborative relationship builder who works effectively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
