Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Talent Management Specialist will drive and coordinate talent management initiatives across the organization, focusing on employee development, performance management, succession planning and engagement. This role does not involve recruitment or talent acquisition activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of talent management programs, including performance cycles, goal setting, reviews and calibration.
• Identify high‑potential employees, critical talent and development needs, and maintain related data and documentation.
• Coordinate individual development plans (IDPs), track progress, and support career‑development initiatives.
• Assist with succession planning, talent reviews and calibration sessions, preparing reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate talent management records, produce analytical reports and monitor key metrics to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, learning & development or a related HR function.
• Proven experience supporting talent reviews, succession planning, career development or high‑potential programs.
• Experience in a large, fast‑paced organization or major projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS/HR systems.
• Proficiency with talent management platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, especially using Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint.
