Teacher Trainer

About the role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teacher Trainers with strong expertise in K‑12 Mathematics and Science to develop and deliver interactive, comprehensive training sessions that empower educators across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions, hands‑on workshops, and webinars for K‑12 STEM, Math, and Science teachers, both online and onsite.
• Develop, customize, and regularly update high‑quality training materials, presentations, and resources aligned with Saudi Ministry of Education standards.
• Provide targeted coaching on STEM product implementation, inquiry‑based learning, classroom management, and educator soft skills.
• Continuously revise curriculum to ensure alignment with international and national STEM standards such as NGSS and CCSS‑M.
• Monitor educational trends and integrate new technologies into training programs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client‑relations teams to support product adoption in schools.
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers, coordinators, school administrators, and key decision‑makers.
• Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and industry events across the region.

Required profile

• Proven teaching, coordination, or department‑management experience in K‑12 Mathematics or Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Science).
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Saudi Arabia and travel domestically for onsite training.
• Strong understanding of K‑12 STEM curriculum standards (e.g., NGSS, CCSS‑M) and inquiry‑based teaching methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant scientific discipline; a master’s degree or leadership credential is a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and public‑speaking abilities with a proven capacity to mentor adult learners.
• Ability to work independently, plan and organize effectively, and adapt quickly to diverse school environments and cultural contexts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with interactive STEM educational technologies and digital lab tools.
