Team Lead Product Analyst

About the role

This growth‑oriented position is based in Saudi Arabia and sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, Data, and business strategy. As a Team Lead Product Analyst you will initially focus on product and business analytics, progressively taking ownership of larger analytical initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate changes in product, marketing, and business KPIs, identify root causes, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort, and segmentation analyses to understand product performance and customer behavior.
• Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments, including A/B tests and CUPED/CUPAC methodologies, and use proxy metrics where appropriate.
• Quantify expected and actual impact of product and marketing initiatives and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and other business teams to support data‑driven decision‑making and influence roadmap priorities.
• Work with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements, improve data quality, and strengthen the reliability of analytical datasets.
• Contribute to analytics infrastructure, dashboards, reporting processes, and metric systems to make insights more accessible and consistent.
• Mentor junior analysts, share analytical expertise, and help strengthen team capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and business judgment with a proven track record in product or business analytics.
• Motivation to grow into a people‑leadership role and ability to mentor junior analysts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with senior business leaders.
• Experience driving cross‑functional analytical projects from definition through delivery.
