Team Leader - Electrical

About the role

The Electrical Team Leader will oversee the fabrication and production workshop for live‑event projects, ensuring safe, code‑compliant, and on‑schedule delivery of all electrical works from pre‑build through final on‑site power‑up and strike.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise electrical works, coordinating with Installation, Rigging, AV and Design teams to meet production timelines.
• Manage pre‑fabrication, testing (PAT, continuity, load) and sign‑off of power distribution boards, cable looms, control panels and lighting assemblies.
• Supervise packing, labeling and loading of electrical equipment to prevent damage during transit.
• Monitor manpower, materials and tools, and ensure compliance with Saudi Electrical Code, SASO and venue safety requirements.
• Develop and enforce RAMS, LOTO procedures and PPE use, maintaining a clean 5S workshop and site environment.
• Lead on‑site electrical crews, conduct toolbox talks, mentor junior electricians and liaise with production managers to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in electrical works for live events, exhibitions or theatrical productions.
• Relevant electrical and health‑&‑safety certifications (licensed electrician, IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent recognized in Saudi Arabia).
• Proficiency in reading single‑line diagrams, power plans and CAD drawings.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus) and willingness to travel across the Kingdom and internationally.
