Team Leader – Service & Installation (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee service and installation activities for KONE’s elevator and escalator solutions in Riyadh. The role combines on‑site safety management, equipment installation, and coordination with customers and field supervisors to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute VA & VB repair activities while managing a team of technicians.
• Ensure safety on site by applying proactive risk identification, STOP and GO principles, and lean practices.
• Coordinate daily installation activities with customers and the Field Supervisor, reporting progress and handling unexpected events.
• Oversee reception, checking, storage, and secure handling of materials and equipment.
• Perform installations according to KONE method instructions, AM guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or ITI/Vocational certification in Electrical, Electronics, Automation or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry, including high‑rise projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership experience managing on‑site teams and negotiating with contractors and clients.
• High attention to detail, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
