Team Leader – Stores

About the role

Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment, following inventory control procedures, safety and quality standards, and providing management with required reports.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product availability and compliance with Almarai standards for dairy, bakery and other categories across all OBL locations before loading.
• Monitor and maintain inventory integrity by overseeing outbound warehouse storage capacity and utilization.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies by comparing orders against actual production output.
• Allocate and cover all orders/STO in the load plans of outbound warehouses.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Transport Planning, Production Planning, ATOMS and EWM to resolve inventory‑related issues.
• Simulate and plan daily load plans for dairy, bakery and related products to enhance processes, productivity and warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain ADC logic in the SAP EWM system for dairy, juice and bakery.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles and stock‑control processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of identifying trends and implementing improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work on rotating shift schedules.
• Desirable knowledge of FMCG warehouse operations and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
