Team Leader, Warehouse

About the role

Noon is expanding its hyper‑local delivery platform, Noon Minutes, across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure a safe, high‑quality environment for our associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of warehouse associates to maintain high engagement and productivity.
• Communicate company policies clearly, ensure compliance and take corrective action when needed.
• Set and monitor performance goals to exceed customer expectations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Support safety‑program compliance, building security and loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Create recognition programs and partner with management to uphold strict quality‑control standards.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to bend, lift, stretch and reach regularly.
• Endurance to stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours in large facilities.
• Agility to safely navigate ladders, stairs and gangways.
• Leadership presence with the ability to lead by example on the floor.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and process gap identification.
• High standards, resourcefulness, bias for action and adaptability.
