Technical Account Manager – RHEL (Linux) Platform (Remote)

About the role

Red Hat is seeking a Technical Account Manager for its RHEL (Linux) Platform to work remotely from Saudi Arabia. You will provide personalized support and mentorship to a select group of enterprise customers, building high‑value relationships and ensuring their environments run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Red Hat technical ambassador for a small portfolio of customers using RHEL.
• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and deliver portfolio updates.
• Advise customers on technology changes, mitigation strategies and upgrade paths.
• Conduct technical investigations, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Provide guidance on current and future use of Red Hat offerings and perform technical reviews.
• Manage customer cases, maintain documentation and create engagement plans.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with Red Hat engineering, support and product teams.
• Analyze operational performance and present periodic reviews to customers.

Required profile

• Strong background in Linux systems, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams.
