Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery for one or more client engagements in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote, full‑time role blends project management, technical ownership, commercial awareness, and people leadership to ensure predictable, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning, execution cadence, scope, quality, dependencies and on‑time delivery across assigned engagements.
• Lead delivery rhythms including sprint planning, backlog management, release tracking, forecasts, risk mitigation and dependency management.
• Ensure teams follow engineering standards, technical direction and delivery processes.
• Translate client business problems into clear technical direction and maintain alignment with business value.
• Conduct product demos and customer‑facing sessions to communicate solutions.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning and delivery governance (KPIs, reporting, accountability).
• Identify, manage and escalate delivery and technical risks while removing impediments.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, project or program management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (Customer Success, Solution Architects, QA, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance people, technology and execution priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
