Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager leads end‑to‑end engineering delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives, translating business and product requirements into clear technical delivery plans. The role ensures successful delivery within agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, estimation, sprint execution, release management and monitor delivery progress, dependencies and milestones.
• Review solution architectures, designs and implementation approaches to ensure compliance with security, quality and performance standards.
• Manage external software development partners, set KPIs, monitor performance and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Own the engineering delivery roadmap, align it with product priorities and drive continuous improvement across the SDLC.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives, especially within Microsoft Azure, promoting cloud‑native, automated and scalable solutions.
• Ensure engineering teams follow best practices for quality, security, testing and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery or engineering management.
• Proven experience managing software development teams and/or external technology vendors.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, software architecture and enterprise technology environments.
• Saudi nationality is required.
