Technical Director

About the role

The Technical Director leads the Engineering & Technical unit within the Infrastructure Department, shaping strategy, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and organisational standards. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior position drives cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the unit’s strategic plan aligned with departmental objectives.
• Prepare, recommend and monitor the unit’s budget, analysing performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead daily operations, ensuring work processes follow established policies and procedures.
• Plan, organise and oversee internal projects, managing cost, timeline, scope and quality.
• Supervise multidisciplinary construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Support the Project Management Office in defining, monitoring and updating execution plans.
• Define construction execution guidelines, including subcontracting plans, logistics and constructability studies.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent knowledge of safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
