Technical Field Sales Representative – META Region

About the role

As a Technical Field Sales Representative you will support the Aftermarket business across the META region, providing hands‑on technical expertise, training and customer support for battery and vehicle electronics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through technical discussions up to sales closure, working with stakeholders ranging from mechanics to senior managers.
• Proactively initiate sales‑driven technical conversations to identify the best product solutions and conduct targeted sales trainings.
• Handle technical claims and support trade shows to strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in a technical, engineering (or commercial) field.
• Several years of experience in a sales and/or technical role within the automotive industry, with exposure to the META market.
• Solid technical background with strong knowledge of cars and preferably batteries.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel flexibly across a wide area.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and French.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of automotive systems and batteries.
• Experience delivering technical trainings (on‑site, webinars, etc.).
• Ability to create training materials and technical documentation.
