Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead planning and execution of projects within an assigned squad, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to specification while acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to schedule, budget and scope.
• Set and track project milestones, adjust schedules for unforeseen delays.
• Collaborate with Project Associate to implement communication plans and provide status updates to clients.
• Work with Business Analyst to gather and validate project requirements.
• Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring progress toward planned objectives.
• Organize regular technical team meetings to monitor progress and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within scope and budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation.
• Analyze risks and report status and issues to the Director of Operations.
• Collaborate with Design, Quality, DevOps, Support teams and the Director of Technology to meet project and client needs.
• Interview, recruit, train, and develop squad members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
