Technical Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a global deep‑tech company developing quantum processors and cloud‑based platforms, is expanding in Saudi Arabia and seeks two Technical Project Managers. One will manage a portfolio of technical and customer projects across the Kingdom, while the other will focus on projects delivered in partnership with Saudi Aramco.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and centralise business and technical requirements, define scope, objectives and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, budgets and resource allocations, and assess feasibility with technical teams.
• Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, monitoring progress, budget consumption and resource usage.
• Coordinate internal contributors, customers, suppliers and external partners to ensure deliverables meet technical, commercial and quality standards.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies early, implement mitigation plans and manage changes in scope, schedule or resources.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and organise reviews, steering committees and decision meetings.
• Close projects by confirming acceptance, archiving documentation and conducting lessons‑learned reviews.

Required profile

• Technical, engineering or a closely related degree.
• Minimum three years of experience managing complex technology, engineering or industrial projects.
• Proven ownership of schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary, matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to work from the Riyadh office 2‑3 days per week (and from Aramco’s Dhahran premises 1‑2 weeks per month for the dedicated role).
