Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing technology projects from initiation through delivery. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope, while coordinating effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quality assurance teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage vendors, third‑party suppliers, and external partners when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management, IT projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
