Technical Project Manager – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote, full‑time position is responsible for leading complex, high‑impact technology projects across multiple teams, regions and product areas. The Technical Project Manager will bridge business strategy with technical execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of cross‑functional projects, from initiation to delivery.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as market entries, platform enhancements, product launches, certifications and regulatory programmes.
• Coordinate dependencies, milestones and deliverables across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and Business Intelligence teams.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and actionable roadmaps.
• Assess feasibility, business impact, dependencies and delivery risks to support roadmap prioritisation.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level Project Managers and improve project management standards and processes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, external partners, vendors and regulatory contacts.
• Establish and maintain project risk frameworks and lead risk workshops.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience managing technology projects.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance and operational excellence skills.
