Technical Project Manager – Third‑Party Associate

About the role

Join the BytePlus team, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance, as a Technical Project Manager on a 12‑month contract. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and daily management of complex technical projects, controlling costs, staffing, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, aligning internal resources to maximize project value and customer success.
• Collaborate with front‑end business and pre‑sales teams to provide technical support, set client expectations, and shape strategic direction.
• Analyze client organizational structures and digital maturity to design tailored delivery strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and work closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful project “landing” and high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise (ToB) services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of handling complex organizational challenges.
• Excellent coordination and relationship‑management skills, balancing client, partner, and internal interests.
• Professional proficiency in English, demonstrated through work experience or certifications.
• Preferred experience in overseas delivery for Government, Transportation, or Telecommunications sectors.
• Ability to quickly master new industry business logic and adapt to evolving digital transformation landscapes.
