Technical Recruiter – Global Technology Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead global technology hiring for our fast‑growing startup environment. The role focuses on sourcing and securing top technical talent across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Europe, North America, and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business‑critical positions.
• Recruit globally across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Europe, North America, and other markets.
• Build strong talent pipelines for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product, QA, and Design roles.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, and other advanced platforms.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI technologies, recruitment automation tools, and global hiring trends.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategy.
• Conduct structured interviews and competency‑based assessments.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience recruiting within technology startups or fast‑growing tech companies.
• Proven experience hiring internationally and within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of modern technology roles, including AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Product, and Cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
