Technical Sales Specialist

About the role

The Epson Technical Sales Specialist is a joint Epson and NMK funded position focused on driving sales growth, increasing market share, and delivering technical expertise for professional AV solutions. Based in Saudi Arabia, the role supports the reseller and integrator network across the Kingdom and may also assist other Middle East markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Epson HBR and Algeria Series product portfolios, develop new business opportunities, and create account plans for key reseller partners.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales teams to design solutions, deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof‑of‑concepts, and support complex quotations and project configurations.
• Conduct product training for NMK staff and reseller partners, build relationships with consultants and system integrators, and promote technical standards across the channel.
• Identify emerging market opportunities, support sales campaigns, product launches, roadshows, webinars, and industry events, and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent Epson’s brand within NMK, provide regular pipeline and forecast reports, and participate in quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the professional audio‑visual industry with a strong understanding of AV technologies, displays, audio, control systems, media servers, networking and AV over IP.
• Proven experience supporting technical sales and solution design, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, strong organisational and project‑management skills, and experience using CRM platforms.
• Desirable CTS certification or equivalent AV industry qualification and experience with AV manufacturers, distributors or system integrators.
