Technical Sourcer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Sourcer to join our international remote recruitment team. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will support the identification and engagement of top technology professionals for global opportunities across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Use LinkedIn and advanced sourcing methods to locate and engage high‑quality technical talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment activities.
• Prepare regular performance and sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
