Technical Support Specialist

About the role

AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients needing assistance with its technology solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and help maintain high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and document resolutions.
• Assist with product installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and develop knowledge‑base articles.
• Conduct follow‑ups to ensure issues are fully resolved and clients are satisfied.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
• Strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge‑management software proficiency.
