Technical Trainer – Manufacturing & Engineering

About the role

The Technical Trainer will ensure that all training needs of Saudi male employees are met in line with business requirements and Almarai’s corporate training objectives. This role supports the manufacturing and engineering functions by delivering effective, standards‑based training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan and deliver training programmes that satisfy operational needs.
• Design and develop training materials, curricula and assessment tools.
• Coordinate training schedules with production and engineering teams.
• Utilise SAP (or similar ERP) to track training records and reporting.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer in a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in planning, designing, delivering and developing training activities.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Strong team‑player attitude.
