About the role
The Technical Trainer – Pipefitting will deliver both theoretical and practical pipefitting courses to students in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on a student‑centered approach to ensure engagement, understanding and successful skill acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pipefitting theory and hands‑on workshop training using student‑centered methods.
- Manage the training environment, ensuring that classrooms and workshop areas are properly equipped.
- Assess student performance and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, pacing schedules and training materials.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards for training delivery and assessment.
Required profile
- Technical or Engineering Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of training experience.
- At least 5 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas sector.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
