Technical Trainer – Pipefitting (Oil & Gas)

About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Trainer specialized in pipefitting for the oil & gas sector, based in Dammam and Khafji. You will deliver both theoretical and practical training, ensuring a student‑centered learning environment and safe, well‑equipped training facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, pacing schedules and deliver classroom and workshop sessions.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and meet awarding body requirements.
• Ensure availability and suitability of training resources, tools, consumables and aids.
• Maintain accurate training records and continuously assess trainee performance.
• Update course content to reflect the latest technical knowledge and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technical training.
• At least 5 years of industrial experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Excellent command of English.
• Desirable: experience with competency‑based assessments (e.g., NVQ) and relevant Saudi certifications (A1/V1/D32/D33).
