Technology Services Supervisor

About the role

Energy Tech is looking for a proactive Technology Services Supervisor to lead its IT support operations in Dammam. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery, manage assets and procurement, and uphold security standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily helpdesk activities, monitor KPIs, SLAs and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Manage IT procurement, coordinate with vendors, and verify delivery of equipment and services.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, maintain inventory, and conduct periodic audits.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 accounts, handling user provisioning and access permissions.
• Control endpoint devices via MDM solutions, enforce security, encryption, and patch management.
• Support onboarding/off‑boarding processes, maintain IT documentation, and contribute to projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
