Technology Specialist

About the role

The Technology Specialist will design, monitor and enhance enterprise Java applications, using AppDynamics and LoadRunner to ensure reliable, high‑performance systems. Working on‑site in Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to proactively detect issues and continuously optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust Java components that follow enterprise architecture standards.
• Configure and maintain AppDynamics monitoring, tracking key performance indicators.
• Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose optimisation strategies.
• Develop and run LoadRunner performance test scripts to validate behavior under varied workloads.
• Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
• Document performance baselines, create runbooks and automate monitoring alerts.
• Participate in incident reviews, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning.
• Translate non‑functional requirements into measurable performance goals and SLIs.
• Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in Java application performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive issue detection.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Good communication skills for documenting findings and presenting reports.
