About the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to communicate with customers, understand their needs, promote the company’s products and services, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Communicating with existing and potential customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Following up on customer requests and completing sales transactions.
- Explaining product features and offers and answering customer inquiries.
- Recording and updating customer data using approved systems.
- Following up with customers and sales opportunities until the sale is completed.
- Handling customer requests and providing an excellent customer experience.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
