Telecommunications Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to join a global leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining VoIP, SIP, and PSTN networks for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize telecommunications networks, including VoIP, SIP, and PSTN systems.
• Integrate telecom solutions with existing IT infrastructure in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor network performance, run diagnostics, and resolve issues to ensure high reliability.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, gateways, and other telecom hardware.
• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing, and switching.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
