Telesales Agent – Drive Sales for Property Portal

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, is looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join its fast‑paced sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Bayut’s advertising packages and help customers find the right solutions for their real‑estate needs.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to pitch Bayut packages and services.
• Receive inbound inquiries, provide product information and resolve customer issues.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell where appropriate, and direct qualified leads to the field sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly KPIs, revenue targets and ensure timely payment collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written command of English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge of the real‑estate industry and basic understanding of call‑centre operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using call‑centre systems and solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales activities.
