About the role

The Telesales Assistant will support DP World’s commercial and freight forwarding teams by reaching out to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting shipping and logistics services.

Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote DP World’s shipping and freight forwarding services.
Understand customer needs and present relevant service offerings.
Generate and qualify leads to build a pipeline for the sales team.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and existing leads.
Assist in maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
Gather market intelligence and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
Support the preparation of sales reports and campaign summaries.

Required profile

Strong communication skills to engage with potential customers.
Ability to understand and assess customer needs.
Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
Organizational skills to schedule meetings and manage lead pipelines.

Required skills

Experience with CRM systems.
