Telesales Representative

About the role

Techsup Support is seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative to join its Riyadh team. In this role you will drive outbound sales initiatives, promote the company’s solutions, and build lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
• Present and promote Techsup Support’s products and services in a compelling manner.
• Convert leads into closed deals and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with customers regularly.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
