About the role

Join Rize as a Tele‑Sales Specialist (B2C) to drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle for its rent‑now‑pay‑later platform.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Rize’s products and services.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Deliver engaging sales pitches and handle inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with the sales team.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of tele‑sales experience selling services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Motivated by sales targets and able to work well in a team.
