Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist will act as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, handling inbound sales calls, inquiries and complaints for OSUS’s real‑estate projects. You will work closely with the customer‑relations team to turn leads into satisfied buyers and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow work plans for customer relations, contributing to departmental targets and developing CRM strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Answer sales‑hotline calls, understand customer needs, classify leads, ask effective questions and record information in the approved system.
• Handle customer complaints, take appropriate corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Apply professional customer‑service techniques across all communication channels, including phone, email and social media.
• Gather feedback before and after purchase, follow up with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Promote OSUS’s products, promotions and project updates, measure buyer experience and address any shortcomings.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to increase market share and provide regular reports on customer interactions.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues to maintain customer retention and brand reputation.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a real‑estate development company or similar sales environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using customer‑relationship‑management tools and social‑media platforms for outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
