Territory Lead – Trauma & Extremities (South/West)

About the role

Join a leading medical technology company as a Territory Lead for Trauma & Extremities, covering the South/West region. In this field‑based sales position you will partner with surgeons, hospital purchasing teams and other key stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative orthopaedic solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals and purchasing decision‑makers within the assigned territory.
• Execute territory sales plans, achieve regional sales targets and support tender opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and clinical presentations to showcase the Trauma & Extremities portfolio.
• Prepare accurate product and material recommendations for commercial opportunities and coordinate with tender, finance, logistics and customer‑service teams.
• Deliver product installations, provide post‑sales training and act as the clinical expert during surgical cases.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and regulatory changes, reporting insights to management.
• Capture customer feedback, manage complaints and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial sales experience in a Territory Lead or Sales Representative role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical‑device industry, preferably orthopaedics (trauma, joint replacement, sports medicine, spine).
• Professional proficiency in English and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
