Territory Lead, Trauma & Extremities - Western Region (Jeddah)

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Territory Lead to support the growth of its Trauma & Extremities Division in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. The position is hybrid and involves building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in your area of responsibility
• Track trends, competitors, product developments and legal regulations, and report to your manager
• Carry out sales activities in line with regional targets and prepare sales reports
• Plan, run and report on customer/partner visits and demonstrations
• Evaluate requests for proposals and prepare complete material lists according to customer needs
• Inform customers about purchasing methods (tenders, intermediate purchases, leasing, external purchases) and cooperate with the tender department
• Follow up on material delivery dates and handle delivery and installation, including post-sales user training and attending surgery cases
• Bring customer invoices to accrual and follow up collections with Finance and Accounting
• Handle customer complaints, communicate feedback to Quality Management and take action
• Prepare and deliver congress/demo materials in a sterilized, undamaged condition, and support logistics and marketing on scientific support requests

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, medicine or a related field
• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a territory lead or similar
• Experience in the orthopaedics industry (trauma, extremities, joint replacement, etc.)
• English proficiency; experience in Trauma & Extremities preferred
• Travel of around 30%
