Territory Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Align Technology is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive growth of Invisalign® and iTero™ solutions in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building relationships with orthodontists and dental professionals, delivering consultative sales, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build long‑term partnerships with orthodontists and dental practices, onboarding high‑potential accounts.
• Use a consultative, insight‑driven selling approach to understand customer needs and propose business solutions.
• Create strategic account plans and leverage data analytics to support customer decision‑making.
• Educate customers on Invisalign and iTero solutions and ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, marketing, education, product, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, dental/orthodontic, or related capital equipment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities.
• Business acumen to discuss ROI, P&L, cash flow and growth opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging in clinical discussions around Invisalign and iTero.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
