Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Bolting & Hydraulic Tooling

About the role

HYTORC is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead business development for industrial bolting and hydraulic tooling across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary point of contact for end‑users, EPC contractors, and maintenance service providers, promoting HYTORC’s torque and bolting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Identify, prospect, and nurture new customers in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, mining, and related heavy‑industry sectors.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
• Promote specification selling to embed HYTORC solutions into customer procurement standards.
• Identify opportunities for equipment sales, rentals, service contracts, and training programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within bolting, torque, or hydraulic tooling markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence technical specifications.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
