Therapeutic Area Partner – Neuroscience (Jeddah)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) – Neuroscience will be the primary scientific liaison for Bristol Myers Squibb in the Jeddah territory. Working directly with healthcare professionals, the TAP drives engagement, educates on BMS neuroscience products, and supports appropriate product use.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BMS neuroscience brands by delivering accurate scientific messages to HCPs.
• Maintain deep disease and product expertise and stay current on the treatment landscape.
• Identify knowledge and care gaps in the territory and implement targeted educational programs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aligned with agreed KPIs.
• Profile and segment customers, prioritize targets, and build strong partnerships with KOLs, physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present scientific information, respond to queries, and ensure medical accuracy.
• Support formulary enlisting and collaborate with access, medical, and marketing teams to increase product penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience engaging healthcare professionals in the neuroscience therapeutic area.
• Strong understanding of disease pathways, treatment options and product positioning.
• Ability to develop and implement territory plans and meet performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific discussions.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
