TIBCO Integration Engineer

About the role

This Technology Architect role focuses on designing and guiding robust integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and related technologies for finance and automotive domains. The position is office‑based during day shifts with no travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, BW Container Edition and Cloud Integration for finance and automotive processes.
• Define robust messaging and integration patterns leveraging TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, Java and Java Message Service to ensure reliable transactional flows.
• Develop service interface contracts and data models using XSD, JSON, XML and XSLT to standardize information exchange.
• Implement and govern REST API and SOAP services for secure, controlled access to core finance and automotive capabilities.
• Review and optimise integration designs, conduct performance tuning, capacity planning and resilience reviews across the integration landscape.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, BW Container Edition, Cloud Integration, EMS and TIBCO Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in XML Schema (XSD), JSON, XML, XSLT, REST API, SOAP and Java Message Service.
• Deep domain knowledge in finance/accounting and automotive industry integration.
• Proven ability to work in an office‑based day‑shift model and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
