Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support the execution of trade marketing initiatives for Coty’s Color category in Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, distributors and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure strong in‑store visibility, effective promotions and optimal trade investments across traditional trade, modern trade and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans for the Color category in line with global and regional strategies.
• Implement activation plans across traditional, modern and online trade to drive visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and distributor teams to translate brand initiatives into in‑store and digital activations.
• Execute promotional calendars, campaigns and product launches at key retailers.
• Track sell‑in and sell‑out performance, monitor trade spend and assist with budget management.
• Support demand planning, forecasting and gather shopper insights to fuel category growth.
• Maintain planograms, visual merchandising standards and adapt global toolkits to the local market.
• Report on campaign performance and conduct basic competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales or FMCG, preferably in beauty.
• Understanding of the Saudi retail landscape (traditional, modern, e‑commerce).
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
