Trade Spend Executive (Visualfabric Administrator)

About the role

The Visualfabric Administrator will manage the Visualfabric Trade Promotion Management platform for Haleon’s Commercial Excellence function in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, the role ensures data integrity, system compliance, and smooth processing of trade spend claims while collaborating with Finance, Sales and Shared Services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day operations of the Visualfabric platform, including user access onboarding, role changes, periodic reviews and de‑provisioning.
• Upload, validate and reconcile sales data within agreed timelines, allocate claims to promotions and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
• Execute internal controls for sales uploads, access management and claims verification; support internal and external audits.
• Provide first‑line user support, deliver training sessions, maintain user guides and resolve system issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Customer and Shared Services teams to obtain timely approvals of promotions, contracts and claims, and drive continuous improvement of trade spend processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in Trade Spend Management, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or TPM system administration.
• Proven experience working with the Visualfabric platform.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
